Technip publishes its "Document de référence 2009"

Technip’s “Document de Référence 2009” was filed with the French “Autorité des Marchés Financiers” (AMF) on 24 March 2010.

The document is available on the Company’s website: www.technip.com. Copies are also available at Technip’s registered office: 6/8 allée de l’Arche, 92400 Courbevoie, France. The following documents are incorporated into the “Document de Référence 2009”:

• 2009 Annual Financial Report,
• Chairman’s Report on the operation of the Board of Directors and internal control procedures and corresponding Statutory Auditors’ Report in accordance with article L.225-235 of the French Commercial Code on the report prepared by the Chairman of the Board of Technip,

• Statement of Statutory Auditors’ fees.
