Technip-Coflexip wins 23 million euros EPCI flowlines contract from Norsk Hydro on Oseberg South in Norway
Technip-Coflexip (NYSE: TKP and Euronext: 13170), through its Norwegian affiliate Technip Offshore Norge AS, has been awarded from Norsk Hydro the EPCI (engineering, procurement, construction, installation) contract for the Oseberg South – J Structure flowlines and umbilical. The contract, valued at 23 million euros, includes 2 off 8” rigid flowlines (production and water injection) and one umbilical running from the new Oseberg J template to the Oseberg South platform.
Technip-Coflexip Norge AS in Oslo, Norway will perform the project management and engineering for the work. The steel flowlines will be welded at Technip-Coflexip’s spoolbase in Orkanger, Norway.
