Technip announces successful eurobond issue
Technip has successfully placed a 7-year EUR 650 million Eurobond following a book building process which recorded in excess of EUR 1 billion in orders. The bond issue was priced at 58 basis points above the 7-year mid-swap rate and pays an annual interest rate of 4.625%.
Technip has now completed the re-engineering of its financial structure, benefiting both from the current low level of long-term interest rates and access to new investors.
