Release date of 2nd Quarter 2009 Results and conference call

Technip will publish its Second Quarter 2009 results on Thursday, July 23, 2009 at 7:00 a.m. CET. The press release and slide presentation will be accessible from our website:www.technip.com.

Thierry Pilenko, Chairman and CEO, as well as Julian Waldron, CFO, will comment on Technip’s results and answer questions from the financial community during a conference call in English starting at 10:00 a.m. CET.
