Fling of the 2006 US Form 20-F

Technip announces the filing of its 2006 Form 20-F with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on June 20th, 2007.

This document is available on Technip corporate website, www.technip.com, on the “Investor Relations” page, under the heading “Document Request”. In addition, a printed copy of the complete 2006 audited financial statements will be sent free of charge to shareholders upon request.
