Appointments within Technip-Coflexip

Ivan Replumaz, Senior Vice President, Business and Operations of Technip-Coflexip’s Offshore Branch has been appointed, as of February 21, 2003, Chief Executive Officer of the Offshore Branch. He replaces Thomas Ehret, who has resigned.

In carrying out his duties, he will be assisted by Knut Boe, who has been named, as of the same date, Senior Executive Vice President, Marine Operations and Technical Resources of the Offshore Branch. Knut Boe had been, until now, Vice President of the North Sea Unit of the Offshore Branch.

Replacing Knut Boe at the head of the North Sea Unit will be Ian Stevenson, who will also continue to manage the Aberdeen-based British affiliate Technip Offshore UK.

 

Ivan Replumaz (51), a graduate engineer of the "Ecole Polytechnique" and of the "Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées", worked for the Bouygues group from 1974 to 2001. Among his position there, he was Managing Director of Bouygues Offshore and then its Chairman & CEO. He joined the Technip-Coflexip Group in April 2002 as Senior Vice President, Business and Operations of the Offshore Branch

Knut Boe (44), is Norwegian and is a graduate of Trondheim University. He worked at ABB Offshore Technology before joining the Group in 1997. He was Managing Director of Coflexip Stena Offshore in Oslo and then Vice President of the SURF Product Line (Subsea Umbilicals, Risers & Flowlines). In 2002, he took the position of Vice President of the North Sea, Canada and Caspian Unit of the Offshore Branch.

Ian Stevenson (46) is a British citizen and has an MBA from Strathclyde University. He previously worked for Total Oil Marine. He joined the Technip-Coflexip Group in 1990, working in sales and business in Aberdeen and in Paris. In 2001, he became Managing Director of the Group’s Aberdeen-based affiliate Technip Offshore UK Ltd.
