Technip provides full service engineering and project management support over the full life cycle of process facilities development from initial process design through detailed engineering and EPC project management.

Gas processing

Technip’s gas processing activities involve all segments of the gas chain including gas processing and liquefaction. Reduced heave and VIM: lowers riser stress and improves riser fatigue life 
With over 50 years of experience in the USA, Technip offers a wide range of services, utilizing in-house or third-party technologies. Technip provides conceptual design and detailed engineering for new units as well as retrofits of existing facilities, covering projects ranging from single process units to industrial complexes with multiple, integrated units.

Through our position in Technip’s global engineering network, we can leverage resources that have recently been involved in the design and construction of four grassroots refineries and a number of petrochemical and polymer facilities.

Our engineering teams provide full service design for projects ranging from world scale facilities to implementation of new technology. Through our global agreements with Aspentech and Intergraph, we use cutting edge integrated engineering tools, including ZyqadTM process engineering data management system, SmartPlant P&ID, and PDS® 3D CAD. We also have expertise in the use of laser scanning technology and importation of laser scan data into PDS® to provide accurate construction deliverables for retrofit projects.

NOx reduction

We have the proven experience to provide cost-effective solutions to NOx emissions from any combustion source. This system engineering approach is also applied to non-refinery NOx emissions.

 Using a combination of proven technologies such as staged fuel, Low- NOx and ultra Low-NOx burners, flue gas recirculation systems, Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) systems and burner management control, Technip has developed innovative solutions to emission problems while maintaining or improving plant efficiency.

Technip is differentiated by its portfolio of Onshore process technologies including many from our recent acquisition of Stone & Webster process technologies. Our portfolio comprises technologies in ethylene, refining, hydrogen, petrochemicals and gas-to-liquids, including technologies offered through alliances or partnerships with other companies. We provide a full spectrum of services from technology licensing, conceptual design, and front-end/detailed engineering to EPC, commissioning and start-up.
