Evanton Spoolbase

Technip has five Spoolbases strategically located to ensure the safe, efficient and quick transfer of fabricated pipe from land to seabed. Technip UK is responsible for Technip's Evanton Spoolbase located on the Cromarty Firth in Ross-shire, North Scotland. Evanton, which has recently been upgraded, is primarily used for the fabrication and spooling of rigid pipe onto vessels with reel-lay capability, such as Technip's pipelay vessel, Apache. |
